Cancellation Policy

*CANCELLATION At Custom Nail Set by Yuri, I want to make sure that you receive the best service possible during your schedule appointment. To CANCEL or RESCHEDULE your appointment you must inform me 48hrs in advance. Failure to notify will result in a $25 FEE *MISSED APPOINTMENTS Failure to CANCEL an Appointment and /or NO SHOWS will be required to Pay 50% of the Service Schedule. *LATE ARRIVALS Please note that if you are 15min. Late for your Appointment we may have to Reschedule you Service if it cannot be completed in the Remaining time Frame. If I do not here from you 15 or more minutes in to your schedule appointment time it is considered a "NO SHOW " and will be treated as a Missed Appointment . *BOOKING APPPOINTMENTS A Deposit of $25 is Require 48hrs before your Booking Service, this will be Deducted from your Appointment Total.
